Saturdays in July – Cartagena Three Cultures Guided Tour
This route reveals medieval history and the confluence of the three cultures, Christian, Jewish and Muslim. It begins at the Panoramic Elevator, passing through the Castillo de la Concepción, until you reach the Museum of the Roman Theater.

Get to know the two public buildings, dedicated to leisure and pleasure, which served as a political and social instrument in Carthago Nova. The route runs through the Museum of the Roman Theatre and the Forum Quarter.

There will be more than twenty performances of concerts, theatre, humour, monologues and magic, offering a vibrant cultural life during the summer season.
Saturday 3rd July – Game of Tones with Miguel Baró Tomé & Miguel Torres Vicente. This is a recital where the two cellists will perform soundtracks and popular themes mixed with classical music.
Friday 9th July – A classical music duo to an electro-pop duo, Sergio Salvi and Sandra Delaporte will present their new project ‘Titanas’.
Saturday 10th July on the Terrace of El Batel, Shuarma, the singer and leader of Elefantes will present ‘Trazos’, his new solo album.
Wednesday 28th July – the terrace stage will also host theatrical performances. The Yllana Company will stage Splash! A performance for all ages wanting to have fun.
Thursday 29th July – Through gestural theatre and pantomime humour will come from the famousFabiolo.
Friday 30th July – live music with Mr Chinarro, a scathing, resounding and critical artiste. His undeniable career is backed by 17 albums that have reserved him a place of honour in the history of Spanish pop as an influential lyricist.
Saturday 31st July – enjoy Twanguero, considered by many to be one of the best guitarists in Spain. He has been a Latin Grammy winner for his work with Diego El Cigala. Their sound oscillates between Spanish guitar, American Folk, Flamenco and Tango.
Friday 6th August – Rufus T. Firefly will present new songs from his next album.
Saturday 7th August – Cristian de Moret, another of those artistes touched by the magic wand of genius, will present a unique project with Flamenco art fused with Rock and Electronics.
Friday 13th August – will feature a double concerts with Guadalupe Plata and Bigote Chino.
Saturday 14th August – Guadalupe Plata will also be represented with Antilópez.
Friday 20th August – the versatile Maren will perform her songs.
Saturday 21st August – Rock will be the protagonist, with another double concert with Los Fusiles and Los Bengala.
Friday 27th August – A family show, Olimplaff, will be performed with three actors, through gestural language, clown and pantomime to delight all, especially the little ones.
Saturday 28th August – The closing show will be the last of the double concerts of Izaro and Amateur.
To this extensive programme of the ‘Xtraordinary Nights’ is added that of ‘Los Veranos de El Batel’, which will be held in different rooms of the auditorium. The protagonists of these evenings will be: the comedians, Martita de Grana and Goyo Jiménez; the JOSCT Big Band and Friends, who will have as guest vocalists: Arde Bogota, Nunatak, Ayoho, Karmacadabra and Rio Viré; the work of Anfritión de Molier, starring: Pepón Nieto, Toni Acosta, Fele Martínez and Paco Tous among others. Magic will also fill the auditorium with the show Efímero, by Jorge Blass. Desmontando a Seneca will also be there with Jorge Javier Vázquez as the protagonist.

July 16th – 26th – The Sea of Music Festival 2021
The musical programming will focus mainly on the new generation of Spanish musicians who approach traditional or folk sounds without prejudice, showing a contemporary vision of them.
There will be concerts in two of the festival’s usual venues: the Parque Torres Auditorium and the Patio of the Old Seafarers Instruction Barracks, the headquarters of the Polytechnic University of Cartagena and the terraces of the El Batel Auditorium and the Real Club de Regatas de Cartagena.
