Our call volumes in March rose quite a bit from February, but our dedicated team of Listeners took this firmly in their stride. A huge thank you to all of our Listeners, who are based far and wide throughout Spain. They continue to work extremely hard to ensure that this invaluable service endures.
Our charity shop in the Punta Marina Mall in Punta Prima has seen a steady year so far, with our dedicated Shop Volunteers continuing to provide their time to allow the organisation to function. We could not do it without you all.

Our training packages are continuing to run. I completed my refresher training in March. The new online training package is brilliant and I must say a big thank you to Sian, one of our Trainers, for making the course so enjoyable. David, our Trustee Listener Training, was out and about around Spain delivering Training Completion Certificates. In the picture below he is with Caitlin in Barcelona, a welcome new addition to the team.
Our President, Donna Williams, was lucky enough to represent us at a lunch held by His Majesty’s Ambassador to Spain at the British Consulate in Alicante. This offered a great opportunity to network with other charitable organisations.
