I will be working on the RE/MAX stand at the Costa Cálida Chronicla Trade Exhibition on Saturday 9th November and RE/MAX have very kindly allowed me to wear my 2 hats of RE/MAX Sales Agent and ‘Fixer’, meaning I can also promote my Murcia Solutions business on the stand.
This is a great idea as any clients that are interested in buying here in Spain often have a million questions about the rental rules and a good proportion of buyers are looking to ‘buy to rent’ and generate a bit of rental income from their new home. We have the in-house knowledge to help you buy a good investment property, register your rental and keep ahead of the rules and regulations!!
It should be a busy event with a great variety of stalls so come and check out the best local businesses and services. For the 2€ entrance price, you can be sipping your complimentary cava AND getting all the local knowledge. Best of all, the proceeds will go to charity. I am really looking forward to the day and to meeting some of our regular readers and as an added bonus there will be some great giveaways on our RE/MAX stand to remind you where to go when you do decide to rent, sell or buy your property.
