Keeping Busy!!
Many of you know me from my past business ventures (or should that be adventures!) here in Murcia and it comes of a bit of a shock to realise that I have now been in business here in Spain for 14 years. How time has flown!
I have seen a lot of changes to the area in that time and in my own life as well; moving around from Totana to the coast before settling in my gorgeous corner of Isla Plana. I have divorced, found a lovely new Spanish partner and seen my boys grow from toddlers to young men, happily bilingual and looking forward to the future.
It should come as no surprise that I now have another new business launching this month. I have a new website www.longtermletspain.com and after only a week since the launch as I write, I have a waiting list of tenants looking for long term and winter lets in the area. I also have properties available on ‘rent-to-buy’ deals, so if you are interested in buying or selling this way, just ask for more information.

How does this affect my other business, Murcia Solutions?
The short answer is that it DOESN’T! I will still be registering Tourist Board Licenses, Guest Registration with the Guardía Civil and translation services, plus sorting out red tape, IBI, car transfers etc.
I see the market for ‘long term rentals’ moving, as more people look to realise their dreams once the borders open up and certainly from the number of people who have contacted me via the new site, this is a promising and positive trend.
