We Really Need Your Help

After nearly 10 years, during which time we have rescued and re-homed many dogs in Spain, across Europe and the UK, PAPS was recently given notice to leave their current rented premises. While this was a seismic shock at the time, we have now got a wonderful opportunity to buy a nearby property and construct a new, purpose-built shelter that will enable us to continue our valuable work rescuing dogs that are in such need of help.

This Will Take Money

To this end, PAPS Volunteers and Supporters have pulled out all the stops over the past few weeks to raise money for Project Buddy, named after one of our special dogs that sadly passed away before he found his Forever Home.  Quite simply, PAPS needs more money to make this dream a reality as they are only a quarter of the way towards their target.  If you would like to help by donating any

amount (every single euro will mean a lot) there are 3 ways of doing this:-

PAPS JustGiving Crowdfunder

Luxury Cruise

Do you fancy swanning around the Med on a boat, like the rich and famous?  Buy a raffle ticket for our luxury 2-hour cruise (departs from Torrevieja), which includes drinks, nibbles and afternoon tea. What a fabulous relaxing and enjoyable way to while away a few hours in the sun!

Best Buddy Photo Competition

Show off your best buddy (anything with fur!) to the world, while helping other less fortunate dogs.

Details of the above options are on PAPS Facebook page: Support Abandoned Dogs/PAPS in Spain.  By supporting any of these fund-raisers, you will be helping more abandoned and homeless dogs find sanctuary, bringing them one step closer to new homes and that happiness they so richly deserve, enabling them to share their special brand of love with a new family.

There are so many dogs that need our – and YOUR – help.

Meanwhile, our normal ‘work’ of taking in sad, abandoned dogs that need our love and care continues and of course, searching for that special Forever Home.  If you are looking for a new furry family friend, please take a look at our dogs’ albums on our Facebook Page.

If you have a few hours free during the week and would like to help dogs that have been so unfortunate in their lives, why not volunteer with us? Not only will the dogs be so happy to see you, especially if you give them lots of tummy tickles, but you will meet some great people, whilst making a very valuable contribution to a hard-working charity.
