Hi everyone.
As you are reading this, it will now be August and we hope to have welcomed back one of our ladies who has been in the UK since the outbreak of the pandemic and has only now been able to get a flight to bring her back to Spain. I should imagine that there are a lot of you out there who are also waiting to see family and friends from who you have been separated for so long. However, in this time of pandemic and separation, there is one who has never been separated from us. He is a constant in our lives and will never leave us or forsake us. All we have to do is let Him into our lives and bow the knee to Him and Him only.
There is a lot of press lately about ‘taking a knee’, but there is only one to bow to. As it says in Philippians 2 verses 9 to 11:
9 Therefore, God elevated him to the
place of highest honour
and gave him the name above all
other names,
10 That at the name of Jesus,
every knee should bow,
in heaven and on earth and
under the earth
11 And every tongue declare
that Jesus Christ is Lord,
to the glory of God the Father.
That is the only time you will have to
‘Take the knee’.
We still have no time for resuming services at the Social Centre on Camposol B, but when we know we will advertise the date. In the meantime, God bless you all and all of your families throughout this very hot summer.
