There is a man called Stephen Gerard Hayden aka –the miracle man.
Stephen had led a colourful life; he was a roofer by trade, he had survived irreparable brain damage, three tumours, four stabbings and near fatal damage to his intestines, caused by heavy drinking.
One Christmas he had an encounter with God whilst in hospital recovering from an operation. It was there that he found out he was suffering from incurable cancer. He felt challenged by God to stand on top of a cliff and shout out a bible verse. He chose to obey and the result was remarkable as he recovered from cancer and the doctors could not explain why.
Yes, it was indeed a miracle!
Stephen now visits schools, churches and colleges across the UK to share his life story. The bible verse he shouted out is found in
Psalms 118 verse 17 “I shall not die, but live and declare the works of the Lord Hallelujah.”
