Hi everyone
I hope this month finds you safe and keeping well. The volunteers at MAMAs are waiting for your donations of nice clean clothes, bric-a-brac, small working electricals, jigsaws etc. Anything larger that needs collecting, Richard can be contacted by email, or phone or he is on Camposol B, car-park opposite the tangerine garage from 10am-12pm every Tuesday. You can drop any items off with him if you like.

Our assistance has been incredibly stretched this month. There is a bad strain of parvo in the area and it’s killing puppies. Paco the vet has struggled to get them all in hospital, even having to send poorly puppies home with medication. One such puppy called Gemima was rescued from a Spanish farmer who usually euthanises the excess puppies himself. A little girl spotted this plucky youngster and her mum gave in to her pleas, only to discover the pup was seriously ill with dreaded parvo. Luckily she was caught early and is now doing well.
We have tried to help as many distraught owners that we can, but owing to the current COVID situation and nobody visiting our shop, funds are low.
There are still some good bargains to be had at our shop; lovely double wardrobe, huge choice of beds, tables and chairs, settees and display cabinets.
We are easy to find. Drive down to Puerto de Mazarrón. When you get to the Consum Supermarket on Avenida Doctor Meca, turn left at the bottom corner. We are in the 3rd street on the left opposite the little park.
Take care and we hope to see you soon.
