Well, we are now one year living with ‘lockdown’ restrictions. Many people have lost loved ones throughout this year, not necessarily directly from the COVID Virus. It has been tough at times, but we have been able to help in some way due to our supporters’ continued donations and support.
We have throughout this difficult time been able to donate funds for the Church San Jose in Puerto de Mazarrón to enable them to buy food and essential items for those who find themselves in difficulty at this time. Last month we were able to make a donation of 2,000€ towards this vital assistance. (see photo)
We have also made a donation to CEIP Francisco Caparros School in Mazarrón to enable them to buy projectors to assist in the children’s education, which is important at any time, but particularly at this time of restrictions and uncertainty. (see photo)
We would not be able to undertake these projects without the continued assistance of our supporters and volunteers who are vital in enabling us to continue to Make a Difference in our area, so we thank you on behalf of all the people we help.
Our van will be at Camposol A Commercial Car Park (outside Cat’s Bar) every Tuesday from 10.30am-12pm to pick up any small donations you can bring to us or call 603 389 006 for any larger items of furniture etc. and we will arrange to pick up from your house.
Our shop in Puerto de Mazarrón is open Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 10am-1pm.
