We have had a quiet month last month but we were able to donate food to the Orphanage we had previously donated the oven to. We will continue to help them in any way we can, as we do with our continuation of donations of food and essential items to the San Jose Church in Puerto de Mazarrón for them to distribute on a daily basis to those in need in our area.
With the escalating conflict in Ukraine, we have donated clothing and toiletries to a local school Siglo XX1 who are collecting and sending these essential items and more to aid agencies mobilising in Ukraine and its neighbouring countries, who have offered sanctuary to those fleeing this spiralling humanitarian crisis.
We want to help more schools in our area so if any of our supporters, perhaps whose children or grandchildren are of school age, could ask those schools if they need any equipment or indeed help in any way. We want to Make a Difference in our area for those who are struggling and indeed those schools as well as Social and Humanitarian Organisations that need a little help to help others. Our van for collection of any donations will be on Camposol Urbanisation Sector A Commercial Centre every Tuesday morning from 10.30am – 12pm. Alternatively for any larger items please call us on 603 389 006 and we can arrange for them to be picked up from your home.
Our shop in the Puerto de Mazarrón is open Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 10am until 1pm so please come and pick up a bargain and help those who are less fortunate in our area.
