MABS Mazarrón Cancer Support Fundación

Firstly a huge thank you to everyone who has donated much-needed money, plus all those that have helped by donating furniture, clothes, bric-a-brac etc. that is the lifeblood of our fund raising in our Totana shop. All money raised is used to help those locally diagnosed with cancer.
A special thanks goes to the members of the Mazarrón Bowls Club who donated 500€ at their annual MABS Bowls Competition
A shout out also to The Diner, Camposol B who recently held a Quiz and Raffle on behalf of MABS and raised 316€. Thank you to Sue and her team.
Books
Thanks to Alix at Alley Palais, Camposol B who has kindly allowed us to have a bookcase in the bar to raise further funds. Feel free to take a book and leave a donation in the MABS tin on the bar.

Our Respite Home on Avenida Los Cavachos, Camposol B is dedicated to the first class provision of Respite Care and Hospice Care. With 24 hour care being given to residents by 2 legally registered Care Agencies.

Our shop in Totana in Avenida Juan Carlos I relies on donations from you. Take the first exit at the first roundabout coming into Totana from the RM3. All hygiene rules followed; masks must be worn, everyone must sanitise on entry, only 8 customers are allowed in the shop at any one time. Larger items go into 72 hour quarantine and smaller items are sanitised. All clothes sold are washed if necessary and are ironed and sanitised before display. We still urgently need furniture, clothes and bric-a-brac to sell to raise funds.
Can you spare a few hours a week?
Our volunteers work hard to meet the demands, but we need more people to lighten the load. We are particularly short of patient drivers and fundraisers, but if you can help in any capacity and have a few hours spare each week please get in touch by telephone, email: mazvolunteers@mabscancerfoundation.com or call into our Respite House on Camposol B.
Help us to Help you
We have donation ‘boxes’ for clothes, bric-a-brac, books etc. in Alley Palais, Camposol B, The Club House, Camposol C and our Respite House.
