Members of Los Reyes played at El Valle on Monday 13th July and if there is a better maintained and presented course, it must be good to beat this course.
Format for the day was to be a 4 Ball Team and Individual Stableford, but due to late call offs this was not possible, so instead we reverted to an Individual Stableford.
Winner of Division One with 38pts was David Hudson, who started the day playing off 14 and by his own request added another 2 shot cut to the 2 imposed under society rules, so for our next competition will be playing off 10.
Winner of Division Two was new member Phil Leeming.
Both players received a case of Estrella Galicia and 2 sleeves of Titliest balls.

All players won a sleeve of Titliest balls. No-one managed to hit the 15th so the sleeve of Titliest were given to guest Ian Murphy, who due to a long illness has been absent from local golf for a number of years. Welcome back Murph!
Yours truly played my first 18 holes in nearly 2 years. My playing partner said I was striking the ball really well; the only trouble was I was striking it too many times!
Our next comp is on August 10th at La Torre Resort. Due to the expected hot weather, a regular supply of cold drinks will be delivered courtesy of the society to members out on the course. New members and guests are always welcome.
