A return visit for some, but a first time for others, saw Los Amigos Golf Society take on a local course for their May monthly away day, to Condado Golf.
A lot of work is taking place in the resort, with new builds going up at a pace. Allegedly a hotel is to be built and a new clubhouse along with other facilities. The course itself has seen a few years of neglect, but it would seem that it is being rectified as a priority. Fairways need to be brought up to scratch certainly.
Eight teams of four balls going out, the format being was Pinehurst, three to score each hole and nearest the pins on four holes.
Bit of a shock to some players and also to visitors at the club house, we had a guest player, the spitting image of Jon Rahm!

The presentation was held at Condado afterwards, some staying on for the Fish and Chips, which had the thumbs up.
