Summer is officially here and we have some fabulous fund-raising events in June for those hot days and balmy evenings. Without a shop we heavily rely on these events to raise much needed funds so we hope you will be pleased with our selection.
Saturday 4th June – Celebrating the Queen’s Jubilee Pop-Up Market and Musicfrom the time of the Coronation @ Social Club, Isla Plana 10am
A tombola and other similar stands relating to the era along with our usual stalls. Come and join in all the fun and raise a glass to Her Majesty for much-needed funds for us.
Wednesday 8th June – Tribute act to Robbie Williams @ Zambuca Restaurant and Bar, Pto de Mazarrón
This is an extremely popular act and if you’re a fan or not it is not to be missed; he will certainly ‘Entertain You!’

British Afternoon Tea
These can be private affairs or can be opened up to the general public.
Monday 20th June – It’s your opportunity to have a proper nose around the house of Bob and Kathy as they host a Pop-Up Tea Party at Casa Nada, Bolnuevo. Also featuring the fabulous Bazz Norton the piano man, what better way to spend a Monday afternoon? Cava, cake, cucumber sandwiches etc and the tickling of the ivories – perfect! Don’t forget the fabulous raffle with great prizes.
We hope you will find something amongst this list to enjoy.
FMA have so many dogs in our care at the moment, with many more waiting. Fund raising events are our lifeline. We do not have our own kennels, so we rely heavily on our fabulous fosterers and when we`re short, we pay for kennel space. This expense, along with our vets’ fees, takes up a great chunk of monies raised and we just about survive month to month so your help and support is really appreciated. If you think the time is right for you to adopt, please don’t hesitate to contact us or take a look at our adoption album on our FB page. We have a few dogs who have been waiting so long for a home, it would be lovely to make their dream of a loving family come true.
If you are looking for a pussy cat, we know of cats/kittens that are available. Please just ask.
