The festivities in honour of the Patron Saint John the Baptist will take place on June 23, 24 and 25.
Cañadas del Romero presents its Patron Saint festivities with an extensive programme.
On Thursday 23 they start with an iluminaria, chocolate and sweets.
On Friday 24 at 8pm there will be Mass with a floral offering, a convivial dinner with the neighbours and then a performance by Pedro Luís García to liven up the evening.
On Saturday, the day will begin with the concentration of old vehicles and a motorcycle tape race, then there will be paella for all attendees, children’s games, a family magic show with the illusionist José López and the night will end with Bingo. Finally on Sunday the holidays will end with a flea market and a day fair.
Both the Councillors Miguel Ángel Peña and José María Moreno, as well as the villager Pedro José Acosta, encourage all residents and people who want to come to Cañadas del Romero and enjoy these days, carefully prepared by the festival committee.
