CGA Ladies’ Tuesday Group
The ladies had a great away day at Valle de Este in May – they had an Individual Stableford game on a very interesting and great course. After booking in and having a couple of glasses of bubbly, we all got into the game with nibbles and more bubbly to enjoy the lovely course. The weather was superb. After golf we all got together for more bubbly and nibbles over the prize-giving. The winning lady was Jean O’Connor with 38 points, runner-up was Debbie Murray with 37 points and third was Irene Langley with 36 points. It was a great day and night with cocktails on the following day before leaving for home. Well done to Debbie Murray for organising a fantastic day. We are looking forward to our next one in September with cocktails already.

CGA Cheque Presentation
Cheques for 300€ each were presented to MABS and FAST. These amounts are the proceeds of a Charity Quiz held last November. It was hoped to hold a Charity Quiz in April. The takings from this would have been amalgamated with the earlier amount, but this had to be cancelled due to lack of numbers.
