On Wednesday 15th December the C.G.A. Christmas Competition took to the course on a very cold blustery day, making conditions very difficult for scoring, but as always one or two appeared to rise to the occasion with excellent scores.

On the 11th January 27 C.G.A. Members went to Benidorm to help Harry celebrate his 75th birthday. After the toasts to Harry, Steve was presented with his Duck that had been nurtured on corn and exercised in the Swimming pool.  Steve was delighted with the transformation of how well the duck had grown and also miraculously changed colour.

The ladies grateful thanks go to Debbie McLachlan who organised the day, obtained all the prizes, goody bags etc, and gave us such a giggle with a pass the parcel game.  We all had a super day, we know how much hard work goes into making it such a success and this was greatly appreciated by all who took part.
