As we enter October, autumn dawns. We see shorter days as we put the clocks back (30th October) and the work of Green Fingers continues.
Recently our Maintenance Team has been trimming all the palms on the dual carriageway, except for four which were so tall our ladders didn’t reach, so we contracted the Garden Centre at Bolnuevo, El Milagro, to trim them. This was paid for out of our Wednesday bucket collections. The palms are now looking clean and tidy.
During October Green Fingers will be preparing the annual Remembrance Garden at the bottom of Avenida de los Covachos. As you can see from the photos of last year’s, the team do a wonderful job.
