This month on The Fitness Hub with The Condado Club Gym, we are looking at the physical and mental benefits of Pilates.
Come along, get a gym mat and get ready to get strong, lean muscles. Whilst focusing on your core, Pilates also trains the whole body, increasing the range of motion in your joints.
Is Pilates for you?
Adaptable to many fitness levels and needs, whether you are a more senior member of the class, or an elite athlete, Pilates is accessible to all. Pilates also improves your posture and leaves your mind and body feeling energised.
The Condado Club Gym offers two Pilates classes per week. Every Wednesday at 6.30pm and every Friday at 10am, our qualified instructor shows you how to perform Pilates correctly and equally important, shows levels of difficulty to suit each and every member in the class. Each class lasts one hour. Loose fitting clothing is recommended and you do not need to wear trainers.
Our next Pilates course starts Wednesday 10th October and Friday 12th October. Each course is suitable for beginners and advanced members alike and lasts 6 weeks. Booking is required. **
