The Mobile App ‘La Linea Verde’ Reports Nearly 2,000 Incidents
La Linea Verde began in 2013 and 79% of the reports have already been processed. The most commonly reported incidences are related to lighting, pavements, roads, parks and gardens and solid urban waste.
To download the La Linea Verde APP, access Google Play or APP Store on your Smartphone (Android/iOS). The download is free. The user selects the municipality in which it wants to communicate the incident. The procedure is very fast and simple.
To relay an incident, click on the ‘Notify your incident’ button. A dropdown with different types of incidents appears on the screen. Select the one you want to communicate. The APP automatically detects the exact coordinates in which the malfunction is located. Attach a photo of the incident and observation on it and press the submit button. Town Hall staff will send you notification on your mobile phone once there is a change in the status of the incident.
