Learn about the first round the world by boat by Fernando de Magallanes and Juan Sebastián Elcano. You can find travel books, scenarios and reproductions of the adventure that Elcano and Magellan undertook. It also reflects the entrepreneurial nature of the expedition between 1518 and 1519.

The Polytechnic University of Cartagena is organizing a course on Cartagena in the 18th and 19th centuries. The Cultural Centre of the Cajamurcia Foundation in Cartagena will host these free activities aimed at students of the UPCT and the University of Murcia. Participants over 18 years of age may also participate, regardless of their academic background.
Thursday 5th December at 7pm, Luis Miguel Pérez Adán, will tell in his lecture details about the cantonal uprising that took place in Cartagena during the years 1873 and 1874.
Thursday 12th December at 7pm, Francisco José Franco will talk about the Bourbon R stature.

Friday 13th December – classical dance and Christmas with ‘The Nutcracker’ staged in two acts by the Classic Ballet of St. Petersburg with Andrey Batalov. The story takes place on Christmas Eve in a German city, at the beginning of the 19th century. The narrative starts from the reality of a well-off bourgeois family and navigates through dreams in a magical kingdom.
Saturday 14th December – the historic national pop group, Los Secretos embarks on a new project, ‘My Paradise’. After 40 years with themes the life of several generations, the group maintains the same spirit and the same passion.
Sunday 22nd December – the FSO TOUR 19/20. The Film Symphony Orchestra performs a tour with more than 50 concerts, interpreting well-known soundtracks such as: Avengers, Interstellar, How to Train your Dragon, Willow, Aladdin, Amelie, Jurassic World, Back to the Future, Pirates of the Caribbean and The Good, the Bad and the Ugly.
Saturday 11th January – The Acrobatic Circus of China will perform with seventeen different acrobatic performances in the love story of a young man and his phoenix princess.
Friday 24th January – Miguel Maldonado and Facu Díaz return with a new comedy show that gathers and expands the alternative and critical spirit with which they have been working together for more than five years in ‘Do Not Get Into Politics’.
The New Tour is a show of originality and freshness, with a mixture of the political and frivolous.
