Bi-lingual Evangelical Church in Fuente Alamo
On Sunday 11th December we held the first service in our new church building. Much prayer, thought and hard work has gone into creating a beautiful place where we can gather together to worship God and bring glory to His name.
We thank Him for His provision and look forward to what He has planned for us as we seek to bring more and more people into the knowledge of His great love for us. Many problems have had to be solved and obstacles overcome, but nothing is impossible for God.
Life can be full of obstacles, barriers which divide and separate us. Not made of stone or barbed wire, they are personal obstructions (often wrongly imagined) which block us from getting close to each other and to God.
What barriers do you have in your life?
What barriers are you experiencing in your home, workplace, neighbourhood or church?
Maybe you feel in your heart that you would like to know more about God, that you would like to feel closer to Him and have a real, personal relationship with Him.
Maybe you would like to join with other Christians, but you feel that you might not ‘fit in’; there just seems to be some barrier preventing you from taking that first step.
What do you think separates you from other believers? Is it guilt, race, language, social status, wealth, poverty, education, pride, personality? The list goes on.
The death of Jesus on the cross opened the way to break down those barriers and bring all believers into one family; the family of God.
God calls us to seek unity and embrace all our brothers and sisters in Christ.
Jesus can break down these barriers.
He can transform our most hopeless relationships into deep and loving friendships, and that includes our relationship with Him.
Come and join us on Sunday morning. You will be made very welcome. You may be amazed at the love and joy to be found in this place. There are no barriers. You won’t be put under any pressure. Come and experience the warmth of belonging to the family of God.
Find out about sharing your life with like- minded Christians. Use this opportunity to speak with people who know and love the Lord. Strong words softly spoken can mean so much.
It may change your life for ever.
Our Sunday morning services start at 11.30am at Calle Espinar 13, Fuente Alamo
