The events programme for PALS through to Christmas is now available and we invite everyone to consider the potential. We recognise that the exchange rate is having an effect on peoples entertainment expenditure, we are therefore dedicating ourselves to promoting better events and have agreed to take payment for our larger 'dos' in stages please talk to any member. We would like to take an opportunity of thanking those who support us not only at the BBQs and dances but also the general public who come along, we try to give value for money and recognise that we have a band of loyal followers, all in all we have about 2500 attendees throughout the year, well done all of you. Please remember that all the money raised goes to purchase life saving equipment in the area of Mazarron and that indeed a portion of that is identified for helping with ancillary equipment in the health centre, when built, at Camposol We have also agreed to provide some help at the nuclear science department at the new Hospital in Cartagena.

PALS also co chair CAFÉ which is dedicated to raising money for the purchase of a rapid response ambulance and many individuals, associations, and businesses are independently creating a new impetus to the fund. Allais Palais recently had an evening with AWOL, Byron and the very funny Terry who dedicated their time and talents to raise an astounding 1735Euros to be split between CAFÉ and MABS so another 667Euros in the fund thank you all and thank you to the staff.
