Their Majesties the Magi of the East are already on their way and are scheduled to arrive by boat at the fishing pier of Puerto de Mazarrón at around 4:00 p.m. this Saturday, January 5, to continue later from 7:00 p.m. in Mazarrón. The Parade will include the parades of the dance schools of Juan Antonio Iglesias and De rosa , which will precede the three wise men.
Tour of Their Majesties
The itinerary on Saturday will start at the fishing pier on the way to the Plaza del Mar, following the Calle Hernán Cortés, Calle Mayor, Calle Trafalgar and back to Calle Mayor to reach the parking lot of the Puerto Deportivo where Their Majesties will proceed by foot to Plaza Toneleros, where the distribution of gifts will take place at 5:30 p.m.
In Mazarrón, Their Majesties will depart at 7:00 pm from the Residencia de Ancianos on Calle Filomeno Hostench, to continue along Calle Covadonga, Avenida de la Constitución to ‘Cuatro Esquinas’, Calle del Pino and Plaza del Convento, where they will continue on foot to the Garden of La Purisima. The delivery of gifts is scheduled for 8:30 p.m. The draw for the III Ruta del Belén is scheduled also for 8.30pm
Three Kings Day in Cañada de Gallego
On Sunday, January 6, the party of Kings moves to the district of Cañada de Gallego. At 10:30am there will be chocolate and cake at the Social Centre of Cañada de Gallego, where from 11:30 am there will be a Parade with Live Nativity Scene and the performance of the Cuadrilla de Las Balsicas. At 12:00, mass will be sung in the church of Las Balsicas and at the end Their Majesties will interact with the participating children.
