Mazarrón will again host the most international BMX race in the country. This has been highlighted by Albacete cyclist and organizer Héctor Gómez, during the presentation of an event that also had the presence of the Mayor of Mazarrón, Alicia Jiménez and the Councillor for Sports, Patricio Sánchez.

Alicia Jiménez highlighted the importance of an event that will impact on the hospitality sector of the Municipality on 23 and 24 February. For this new edition of the Tangent Open Mazarrón, taking place on the BMX circuit of the Sports Complex of the Media Legua, will be 200 participants, including 60 from Countries including France, Germany, Belgium, Sweden, Switzerland, Latvia, Japan and Ecuador.

The two-day competition includes different categories from 5 years to over 50, in addition to the pro categories as the best runners in Europe.
