Totana

Totana is about half an hour’s drive from Murcia and about half an hour from the beaches of Mazarrón. It is a typically Spanish town with a good market on Wednesday mornings. It is easily accessible from the E15 Motorway and is surrounded by many acres of farmland which produce many of the usual salad crops and vegetables such as broccoli and cauliflower. It is also famous for its potteries, many of which have been in the families The Sierra Espuña can be seen in the distance and there are numerous country houses in the land around Totana.
