The Department of Culture of the City of Mazarrón initiates the annual calendar of exhibitions in Town Halls with the sample ‘2,29’ work of the renowned Cartagena painter Ángel Mateo Charris.

It is an unpublished collection of oils, acrylics and collages created especially for the occasion. The exhibition was inaugurated on February 1 and can be seen until March 23 between 10am and 2pm Monday to Saturday, and between 5pm-8pm Wednesdays to Fridays

Ángel Mateo Charris has an extensive curriculum of individual and collective exhibitions. His work has an international projection as evidenced by the recent exhibition ‘African Suite’ exhibited in 2018 in the Ivory Coast. He is also a well-known illustrator in the publishing world. His drawings illustrate classics of contemporary literature.

The room will be closed on February 23 and March 19
