Sending an attachment when using Hotmail or Livemail.
Most people these days know how to send Emails, but a lot of people struggle when sending attachments. They seem to think that it's the computer that is at fault, or their internet provider. The following steps will assist those of you struggle:
1. Once you have logged into your Emails, you can either create a new message or reply to one.
2. Type your message about whatever you want, then, when you have done that, click on the "Attach files" tab. It looks like a little paper clip.
3. This will open up a page with a browse tab. Click this tab and find the picture or document that you want to attach to your Email, and then double click on it.
4. You can either "Attach" that one file or "Add more files" by clicking on their respective tab. Say in this instance click "Attach"
5. You will notice that the attachment that you want to send is at the top of your email, giving you the option to remove it.
6. Now click the "Send" tab to send your Email along with its attachment.
You can send one to yourself to check that you have done it right!!
Identity Theft.
Please take note that identity theft is not only common in the UK, but throughout the world, including Spain. It's very easy to think it won't happen to me!! Take care when disposing of any paperwork with personal details on. At the very least SHREAD THEM, as you don't know who is looking through the bins!!!
